another day, another blended meal!  if you’re sticking to our challenge of the week then here’s your recipe for tuesday:

* 2 cups of spinach
* 1 banana
* 1/4 blueberries
* 1 tbsp local honey
* 1 cup water, coconut water or almond milk
* a few ice cubes (optional)

blend and drink.
