confession: we were a little off on our grocery list on monday so you might have to run to the store to make this one happen. but it’s so good that it will be worth the trip!
* 3 large chopped kale leaves, stems removed
* 1 banana
* 1/4 tsp fresh ginger root
* 1 pear, peeled and cored
* 1 cup almond milk (or coconut milk)
* a few raw cashews
you know the drill… blend away! and enjoy!
