if you’re taking the challenge then thursday will be day 4!   i think you guys probably have found that the smoothies actually taste better than they look and are quite filling.  right??

* 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
* 1/2 ice
* 1 orange, sliced
* 1/2 carrots, sliced
* 1/2 banana
* 1/2 cup spinach
* 1/2 cup filtered water or coconut water
