here we go… day 5 of the blended meal challenge.  if you’ve made it this far, you’re doing great.  here’s friday’s recipe (from healthyblendedrecipes.com)

* 2 cups romaine lettuce or baby spinach
* 1 cup tomato
* 1 cup coconut water or filtered water
* 1 cup chopped carrot
* 1/2 cucumber, peeled
* 1 avocado
* 1 lime, peeled
* 2 garlic cloves
* 1/2 tsp sea salt
* pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
* few ice cubes

this one sounds different from the fruit focused green drinks of the last few days.  let us know how you like it.
