we’ve still got about 2 weeks until it’s official, but it’s time to start getting ready for fall… the season of football games and tailgating, holidays, and cooler temperatures. and also a time when some start to gain weight.
THIS WEEK’S CHALLENGE is for you to complete this workout at least six times. it’s quick (20 minutes!) and efficient and can be done most anywhere. and if you want to do it twice in one day, then be my guest! you should get better results by doing so!
* 30 jumping jacks
* 15 standard push ups
* 10 jump squats
* plank hold for 1 minute
* 15 standard pushups
* 20 air squats
* side plank hold for 1 minute (each side)
complete the rotation as many times as you can in 20 minutes.
