* 1 avocado
* 1/2 cup wheat bread crumbs
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* 1tbsp basil, chopped
* 1tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
* 1tbsp lemon juice
* salt and pepper to taste
*1/4 cup of salsa
preheat oven to 450.
in a bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic, cheese, basil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and then set aside.
cut the avocado in half and remove pit. divide the salsa between the two avocado halves. top with the breadcrumb mixture and then bake on a baking sheet for 5 minutes. serve immediately.
